  • Commercial cleaning, located in Geraldton and surrounds. We provide thorough training for employees, whether they have previous cleaning experience or not. New staff members are offered a smaller workload, to ensure they’re comfortable with the job and the physical demands it requires. Once onboarded, more contracts are offered.

  • The bulk of the work is in Geraldton. Occasionally we undertake remote contracts, which are managed from Geraldton, using Geraldton staff.

  • Most of the general cleaning is done solo, but larger sites use a team. We have several working alone protocols, and full training is given, so any cleaner working by themselves is as safe as possible.

  • You will be paid on a fortnightly cycle.

    Full ordinary rates (6am-6pm) begin at $26 per hour + benefits.

    Penalty (6pm-6am) and weekend rates range between $29-$48 per hour + benefits.

REQUIREMENTS

There are just a few things we need from you.

  • A valid Australian Drivers Licence.

  • Be energetic, motivated, dependable, friendly and have good attention to detail.

  • The ability to lift reasonable heavy items, bend, kneel, push and pull, in order to perform cleaning duties.

  • Be confident working independently or with a team.
